Yesterday’s Hero: This colour name takes its cues from Sunset Jasper – a metamorphosed sedimentary rock that is part of the quartz family, being very high in silica but with a high percentage of impurities, in this case mainly iron oxides. It hasn’t been too popular of late, having been overtaken by fresher versions.
